Junior Bancassurance:
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree is a must
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- Ability to work with computers and to use scanner and copier
- Knowledge of Microsoft office

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance policies to potential clients
- Achieving monthly target acceding to his/her title
- Advise clients on how to minimize risk
- Follow up with her/his client paying due premium of theirs polices and providing sales support team with their feedback
- Present new product introduction
- Maintain customer records and take notes for each case
- Interview prospective clients to get date about their financial resources and discuss exiting coverage
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partner (Blom Employee Staff) around the community and perform outside marketing activates to drive new customers
- Handling receive and respond to all customers inquires and complaints
- Follow up with sales support team (collection team) about the life policies (premiums ,modifications ,lapsed and canceled policies)
- Follow up with sales support team the process of applications(requirements , documents , medical)
- Send daily report to her/his manager
- Send weekly report to sales support team (Every Sunday)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business or related fields; a professional insurance certificate license is plus
- Previous experience working as a customer service representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of data base

- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learning and understanding company insurance products
- Handle incoming orders from CSOs via mail and telephone
- Filter and screen all requests forward by CSOs
- Answering calls from call centre department and responding to customer complaints
- Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products
- Forwarding customers to sales agent when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded
- Managing the customer complaint data base
- Responsible for sheet waiting and unpaid premiums
- Follow up with operation department about cancelation and modifications in policies

Senior Sales Support
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business or related fields; a professional insurance certificate license is plus
- Enjoy some leadership and creative skills and take initiatives in proactive manner
- Possess an analytical background, excellent math skills and decision making abilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for life insurance business
- Handle incoming orders from CSOs via mail and telephone
- Filter and screen all requests forwarded by CSOs
- Providing sales representative with life insurance details and helping them to solve their problems

- Quality control by following up with the customers after receiving the applications

- prepare production related reports per sales channel (weekly or monthly following activity) reports are to be identified and standardized bye the business development unit
- preparing analysis report for life production monthly per team
- preparing presentation quarterly and annual
- Answering CSO questions about (annual leave, excuses, absence, etc..)
- Updating CSO (attendance and leave data sheet) ensuring the leave application form are approved by line managers and are submitted by employee
- Follow up the rules of contest
