This Insurance provides with a coverage against any loss or damage to your Insured residence and its contents due to Fire, Lighting, Explosion, Burglary, Natural Perils, Bursting of water pipes, Overflow of fresh water tanks, Impact of vehicles and Aircrafts, Depress removal, Plate glass, and other perils including but not limited to providing an alternative residence or Loss of rent for three months, Third party liability and personal accident for the home owners (subject to terms and conditions).
