Complaint Steps and Procedures:

After selecting the type of complaint, you are kindly requested to fill and submit the complaint form, which will be submitted automatically to the main department and customer services. in addition, the company senior management will receive a copy of your complaint.

The company will reply or call you back using the registered number in the complaint within seven working days.

If the customer is not satisfied with the result of the complaint, he has the right to submit his complaint to the Financial regulatory Authority.
