Office Manager

Job Description
  • The Assistant is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency for the entire organization.
  • Support activities and assistance to the CEO to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
  •  Manage and maintain CEO’s calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of CEO .
  • Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process on behalf of CEO.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings, briefing materials and presentations as needed to support the CEO.
  •  Provide administrative support to CEO in order to increase his availability for executive level
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience from 5 to 7 Years in coordination
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft office (word,excel,power point,outlook,etc..)
  •  Excellent in English(Speaking,reading,typing)
  •  Has excellent organizing skills.
  •  Fast typing English and Arabic
  •  Presentable

Compliance Manager

Job Description
  • Manage the compliance program collaboratively within the business assurance teams to accomplish compliance program objectives.
  • Develop effective compliance policies and procedures, and Acts as liaison with business managers to communicate compliance requirements and ensure implementation of related policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Monitor and review the activities conducted by the compliance program.
  • Advise functions across the organization to implement, develop, and maintain policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
  • Manage various day-to-day operational aspects of the Compliance Program as assigned.
  • Follow-up that all illegal, unethical, violation or improper conduct that arise out of conducting compliance continues monitoring and reviews and action plans are remedied.
  • Evaluate the potential weaknesses in the Compliance Program and proactively suggest improvements to address them.
  • Educate and motivate the compliance officers to comply with Compliance Charter, Code of Ethics and guidance of professional practices.
Qualification:
  • Experience from 10 to 12 years in insurance sector
