Arope Properties and Liabilities Insurance Company \u2013 Egypt (S.A.E.)<\/strong> is the strategic extension of the regional Arope Insurance Group<\/strong>, which began with the establishment of Arope Insurance \u2013 Lebanon in 1974, in partnership with BLOM Bank \u2013 Lebanon and SCOR-RE. Since then, Arope has firmly established its position as one of the leading companies in the Lebanese insurance sector, supported by a strong record of financial solvency, sound governance, and technical expertise built over decades.<\/p>

Building on this solid foundation, Arope expanded regionally and established a direct presence in several markets, including the establishment of Arope Insurance \u2013 Syria in 2006 and Arope Properties and Liabilities Insurance \u2013 Egypt<\/strong> in 2008 as an Egyptian joint-stock company (S.A.E.), in partnership with BLOM Bank \u2013 Egypt (formerly), which was later acquired by Arab Banking Corporation \u2013 Egypt (BANK ABC-Egypt). This acquisition further strengthened the company\u2019s financial solvency and supported its expansion capabilities.<\/p>

Arope Properties and Liabilities Insurance \u2013 Egypt, operates in accordance with the provisions of the Unified Insurance Law No. 155 of 2024 and is subject to the supervision of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). The company holds license No. 26\/2008 in the register of insurance and reinsurance companies. Arope Properties and Liabilities Insurance \u2013 Egypt adopts a clear vision based on the belief that true growth starts from within, through strengthening financial solvency, developing infrastructure, and delivering innovative insurance solutions aligned with developments in the Egyptian market and the evolving needs of customers.<\/p>

The authorized capital of Arope Properties and Liabilities Insurance \u2013 Egypt<\/strong> amounts to EGP 500 million, while the paid-up capital has been increased to EGP 400 million, funded from shareholders\u2019 profits, with an approved plan to increase it to EGP 600 million during 2026. This will further enhance the company\u2019s financial strength and support its future expansion plans. The company is committed to providing integrated and innovative insurance solutions that go beyond the traditional concept of claims management, with a strong focus on sustainable growth, long-term profitability, and building solid strategic partnerships with all stakeholders in the insurance industry.<\/p>
