    Established as an Egyptian Stock Company (S.A.E.) in accordance
    with applicable regulations and the provisions of Unified Insurance Code No.
    155 for 2024, the company operates under the supervision of the Financial
    Regulatory Authority with License No. 26/2008.

    Our authorized capital is EGP 500 million, and paid-up capital
    EGP 160 million, with a growth plan to reach EGP 400 million by end of 2025 and
    EGP 600 million by end of 2026 as per FRA directives.
